Mitten & Winters was formed in 1985 by David K. Mitten and William F. Winters. Their goal was to offer professional, expert accounting services to the people of Dover, Delaware and the surrounding communities based upon the principles that forged their lifelong friendship: trust and respect. For thirty-five years that's exactly what they've done. In the process, M&W has grown to include a family of staff and clients who share their views, values and work ethic - solidifying M&W as one of the premier accounting firms in Delaware.
